A graduate of Emily Carr College of Art and Design, where he was a Fine Arts major in painting. After graduation, Trevor spent 5 years working in the furniture industry. This time gave him some key skills which he would apply later.
In a desire to have a career that was more “artistic”, he taught himself computer animation, and got a job with Mainframe Entertainment, the creators of Reboot. He spent 5 years as a computer animator, giving him the computer skills that he uses when designing and laying out projects.
In a down turn in the animation industry, Trevor turned back to the trades. He spent 4 years working for Three Dimensional Services, building unique projects, being their lead installer where he managed the installation of complex projects all over North America, and providing them with 3D modeling.
Upon moving to the Fraser Valley, Trevor decided to start Arbutus Contracting to help home owners see and realize the beauty in their homes.
